1. Shipping and Delivery



After adding products to the shopping cart, cost and delivery time of each is shown, for shipping to other countries, simply select the country and indicate the information for that country.



Orders placed before 13:00 hours (Peninsular Spanish Hour) will come the same day, will be made after the next working day. Orders placed from Friday 13:01 hours until Monday will on Tuesday. Delivery time once deposited in the carrier depends solely of the carrier, if at the time of delivery there was no one at the delivery address, the courier will leave a notice with the it must pass to get your package, if Mailing list, or call to arrange the day time and place of delivery, for shipments messaging, if within 10 days not collected will be refunded once we receive it back , we will give money back of the order amount less the shipping price that we as a drawback by the same means by which payment and the order will be canceled.

JollyFiesta makes every effort to ensure that the information displayed on this website is accurate and current. JollyFiesta not responsible for any errors or omissions that may exist on the page. Except for a possible special agreement; products JollyFiesta rate will be served within the agreed time from the date of payment or from the acceptance of the order by JollyFiesta for deferred payment. Delivery times will depend on the availability of each product; HOWEVER Our commitment is that which is delivered in the shortest possible time, never exceeding 30 days as from the day following confirmation TO ORDER. CUSTOMER IS INFORMED PROMPTLY IF YOU produce a delay in the delivery of purchased products.

The delivery is considered completed since the product becomes available to the Customer by the carrier and the consignee signs the delivery receipt. For the recipient to verify the products receiving them and expose all the caveats and complaints may be justified.

The customer will have 24 hours to verify the integrity of all components of the product and check that includes everything listed on the product page. After that time shall be deemed accepted integrity and product content. THIS RIGHT IS INDEPENDENT EXERCISE OF WITHDRAWAL IS SPECIFIED BELOW.

3. Returns



No returns will be accepted the following products:

If your order has been paid by bank transfer, the refund will be credited to your account within a period of 5-8 working days.

The postage will be paid by the customer.

Please note that shipments not support JollyFiesta postage due, unless they are received by the transport company used by JollyFiesta prior authorization.
